GTA Online patch notes: new Survival maps, double rewards, and fresh discounts

Another week, another round of GTA Online patch notes. This time around, Rockstar is keeping things fresh with a bunch of new Survival maps, double rewards for Survivals, new bonuses and discounts, and more.

From now through Monday, July 19, Rockstar is dishing out twice the GTA$ and RP for Survivals, and handing out a cool GTA$100K to anyone who checks out one of seven new Survival maps. And, if you prefer the free-roaming aspect of Freemode, keep an eye out for Freemode Events and Challenges, as those are doling out triple the usual rewards through July 19.

The ever-present Simeon Yetarian is also feeling particularly generous this week, as completing any one of his Export Requests will earn you the Sunset Tint Oversize Shades in addition to the cash money. Just bring one of his coveted vehicles back to his garage and you can claim the sweet shades within 72 hours of logging in after July 15.

In need of a new ride? Before you break out your wallet, head to the Diamond Casino & Resort and give the Lucky Wheel a spin, as you just might walk away with the top prize: Vapid Retinue Mk II. This boxy spin on a classic is always up for the task, whether that's tearing up the tarmac or ripping through dirt trails.

Onto the discounts. This week in GTA Online, all garages are 40% off, and it's a good thing because there are a bunch of vehicles on discount. Check out the complete list of GTA Online discounts for this week:
