Red Dead Online patch notes: it's a good week for naturalists

The latest round of Red Dead Online patch notes spell great news for naturalists, but there are also outdoorsy rewards and bonuses to be had for everyone. 

This week is a great time to get out and get in touch with nature (in-game nature, not real nature - we'd never encourage you to go outside). Just by logging into Red Dead Online anytime this week, Rockstar will give you a fishing-themed care package with 3 potent herbivore bait, 3 potent predator bait, and 3 special lake lures. Use that bait to catch fish and then sell the lot for 50% more cash this week. Also be sure to take on free roam fishing challenges, as they're paying out double cash and XP.

All Red Dead Online naturalists can take advantage of double cash and XP on all sample sales this week. If you manage to sample a legendary animal, you'll get 100 sedative varmint rifle rounds and 5 animal revivers as a bonus reward for this week. Fancy yourself a photographer? Prove yourself and complete a round of Wildlife Photographer to get the advanced camera for 40% off. And if you need some new hunting duds, just craft something at Gus' store and get half-off any outfit below rank 15.
